📦 Products
What are 3D printed products?
3D printed products are items manufactured layer by layer using a professional 3D printer. At DK Makes, we use high-quality filaments (PLA, PETG, ABS) to create decorative, functional and custom objects with a premium finish. Each piece is produced on demand, ensuring quality and exclusivity.
Can I customise a product?
Yes! We offer customisation of colours, sizes and, in some cases, complete designs. Simply contact us through our support form or WhatsApp to request a personalised quote. We work with STL/3MF files and can also create designs from scratch.
What materials are used?
We mainly use PLA (biodegradable, ideal for decoration), PETG (more durable, for functional parts) and ABS (heat-resistant). All are high-quality filaments selected to ensure durability and excellent surface finish.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
Our decorative products are made with PLA, which is non-toxic and biodegradable. However, small parts may pose a choking hazard for very young children. For pet toys, we recommend supervision. Check each product description for specific recommendations.
🚚 Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
As our products are made to order, production time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on size and complexity. After production, shipping is handled by courier with delivery in 1 to 3 business days within Europe. International shipping may take up to 7 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and destination. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping within the EU.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code. You can follow the delivery status directly on the courier's website.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay and other methods available via Stripe. All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.
Is the payment secure?
Absolutely! We use Stripe, one of the most secure and trusted payment processors in the world. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 provider. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product?
As our products are made to order and customised, returns due to change of mind are not accepted. However, if the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or different from what was ordered, you are entitled to an exchange or full refund. Warranty.
How do I request an exchange?
To request an exchange, contact us through our support form with your order number and photos of the received product. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
